ThinkCodec is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned consultancy based in Dallas–Fort Worth. We help contractors, public agencies, and regulated businesses handle the work that can't be bluffed: security, compliance, and AI done the right way.

ThinkCodec was founded by a U.S. Air Force Security Forces veteran. The same instincts that protect people and assets in uniform — assume nothing, verify everything, document it — are exactly what compliance and security work demand. We'd rather do it right and quietly than loud and shallow.

That's why we kept the menu short. We don't claim to do everything. We do the three things our background actually qualifies us for — CMMC / NIST 800-171 readiness, ADA / Section 508 remediation, and secure AI integration — and we do them fixed-fee, in plain language, with evidence that survives a real review.
